...and it's a big FAIL...
A few weeks ago I excitedly arrived home having bought a rather expensive piece of deer antler for the girls. I thought they would have a blast chewing it - but nope, for them it is a poor man's chicken bone at quadruple the cost! They don't have a shred of interest in it!
What what are your big rat FAILs?

Oh gosh! I was thinking of getting one each for the dogs then I saw the price! Bah! Hang onto it though, maybe future rats will enjoy it!
Not sure what my biggest FAILS were - I reckon probably rat wheels - as they can't be bothered. Lazy things.

Wouldn't recommend them for dogs either, very hard on the teeth, my fella hurt his mouth trying to chew on one, I stick with lamb ribs, nice and raw and meaty fresh from our butcher.
Rats do love a chicken drumstick each, I pick off a lot of the meat and the get very excited!

Mine will eat celery but turn their noses at peppers, regardless of colour!
Another fail, those knotted wood things with a wooden ball inside. Never even nibbled at it!
Best bought stuff has to be the Sputnik, kabobs and wire balls for stuffing leaves inside, and the little plastic cat jingles balls - they at least carry them around. And oh, the mini kong - they chewed that to bits. I am noticing that I judge success based on destruction. Oh dear!
