I can't reply

I created an account to reply to a post about some young rats available. Now when I log in I can see 'You can reply to topics in this forum' under 'Permissions in this forum:'. But there doesn't seem to be a reply button anywhere, or an empty text box, or any other way of replying. Is anyone else having similar issues? My husband is having the same issues. So we've now tried on Chrome on Windows, Chromium on Kubuntu, Firefox on Kubuntu, and under two different (both new) users. Any ideas?

It's really irritating, think I may have the solution, but it'll take me a little while to get around to it - so for now, the quick reply buttons are the best bet.
