Animal Expo - St John's College Cork

Hey everyone

We'll be doing the Animal Expo at St John's College in Cork tomorrow from 2-5pm if anyone wants to come along and say hi and meet some rats

Unfortunately, as I've just noticed, Sully's will be there - so will have to do my best not to go up and smack them! Having said that, will take great delight in letting people know that petshops are the last place they should buy animals from!

Doubt I'll be able to make it but you stick it to Sullys loud and proud! Glad they have you to show how ethical rats are raised and how much better they look. Good luck and enjoy the day

Will hopefully be able to show people how to look after rats properly, and give everyone mu number and e-mail and link to this forum - so that when they buy rats from Sully's (which let's face it 99% of them will do!) they have somewhere to come for help

The boys are doing great by the way...loving life and looking gorgeous! They turned out to be big ol' squishy boys as well, not as big as some of your lads I think but still they are my love bugs!

They've still some growing left to do yet Kelly! Would be nice to see them again now - PHOTOS!

Today went really well - I hope we'll have a few new members after today anyway! Was a grand turnout - and loads of people came to meet and stroke the rats. Really was excellent fun, and I hope we have some people converted!

I also met our very own Aisling's girls Cash and Tola! They spend a lot of time at the college, and I got to see them <3 (these girls: http://irishrat.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rats&action=display&thread=1343 )

I am raging I missed you! I would have loved to have met you and the ratties! Maybe it's just as well I didn't know you were going to be there as I would have been up all night polishing Tola and Cash!
