The kittens: an update! :)
So earlier I was wondering what colours the kittens will grow to be, and Redrach said if I uploaded some pictures I'll have my answers!
A few different ones on their ownio, and then a shot of them all in their travel tank (I just had them in that while I carried them into the kitchen to take the pictures). I also weighed the largest and the smallest - the smallest was a little female who weighed 2 ounces, and the largest was a dumbo male who weighed 3 ounces! Hope that's a good weight for them, but they look really healthy

Thank you! I'm so proud of how they're turning out, they look really healthy and they're so friendly. Some of these babies have HUGE ears. I mean I know they're dumbo, but the ears are just so big in comparison to their little heads.

They're lovely - and some have really decent markings. I'd love a pair! Damn me not being allowed any more extraneous pets
I would say they are all black roans

Thanks Zoundz! I feel so honoured that you'd want a pair of my little oopsies, even if you unfortunately can't. I'd be all for bringing them straight to you just out of the joy of knowing they're going to The Ultimate Rat Person's home! I'm going to be so sad to part with them when they do go, they've been a lot of work but they're so fun to watch grow and develop their own little personalities. I think Kitty might be glad of the break though, poor girl!

Would I be right in thinking that some of them are striped roans, Laura?

Haha, baking a cake? Score!
I have a little book with names and numbers and stars beside the ones I liked the sound of, so I'd have to check that to be sure but I think all of them are booked to good homes now. The dumbos definitely are, once people see those giant ears they actually melt. I did tell all the definite people that if they're ever in a position to no longer look after them, just bring them back to me and I'd rehome them myself. I will miss them so much, they've gotten to be part of the routine now!

Beautiful photos, great to hear that they are going to good homes and that they will be well looked after, they deserve it. Steve

Lew I would say they could all be Striped Roan with varying degrees of erm... stripeness! ;D Roans are not something I know a great deal about to be honest!

They are the cutest photos I've seen in a long, long time!
I want them all!
Love the brown and white combo - such a gorgeous chocolately colour.

Aw, I'm so flattered on behalf of Kitty's babies!
I had somebody come by today, one of my starred people who were definitely getting a pair, and they chose the ones they wanted. It's breaking my heart, I want to keep them all forever! At least I've got my pair of boys I'm keeping, they're my prize for doing the right thing and finding good homes for the rest.
