Stovokor Zoot Allures :*(

Well, as of today we have no more rexes here at Bongo Fury... :*( Zoot passed away very suddenly and it's all a bit of a shock. He was a wonderful boy, so peaceful, gentle and quiet. I'm sure most people who visited us remember him and knew him, because he was such a fluffy little sheepman. He was such a sweet natured boy, and so adorable with his mounds of fluffy soft curls.

His brother Fin passed away recently, and I'm not sure he really got over it. He had a few happy weeks with his new friends Gumbo and Lazarus, and they got on very very well and were always looking out for each other, but I think he still missed Fin. He was fine last night, up at the bars and eating well... but perhaps on reflection a touch more subdued than usual

We don't really have any answers as to why he's gone. His body cavity was full of fluid, and there was blood spotting around his nose... but other than that he seemed in good nick. He was a wonderful, charming little man who will be massively missed.

I want to say thank you again to Laura for letting us have him (and his siblings) - they really were lovely rats, and a pleasure to know - I'm just gutted they're gone (well, Pink's still going strong!). Beautiful little guys with awesome natures - and Zoot in particular will always be remembered for his passing resemblance to a threadbare teddy <3

Ohhh he was gorgeous, and so fluffy looking like a teddy. What a sweet looking boy. I am so sorry to hear he has passed. :-(

Really sorry, Laura. He was a really lovely boy, it's so sad when they follow each other that way, I'm sorry it was such a horrible shock, but there's some consolation that he didn't suffer. *hugs*
