Bongo Fury Orange Claw Hammer

Today we found little Ori curled up for the last time... well, I say little, but he was never really little. Anyone who came to visit knew Ori - he was a massive cuddle-bug, and was out as soon as you opened the shed door, and then when he got older he would sleep through that, but be out as soon as you opened the cage. My fab group of 5 man-rats - all of whome were mad on attention and would barge each other out of the way, is down to one. Count.

Ori was really special - licky, cuddly, almost too friendly - he reminded me of an exuberant Labrador puppy <3 He even had non rat loving friends. Our elderly friend Alan loved him to bits.

He will be very greatly missed, not just by us, but by Count too Sad

Who is now on his own, until we can intro him elsewhere.

For him, the song he was named after - and it made me cry from the first time I heard it - so now I'll just be a wreck... :*(

Ugh, now I'm re-reading the words, it reminds me of how we named the three lads from Patch's litter after it too... and only one of those is left now as well... Sad

Oh no :'( I remember we had the pleasure of looking after that group of lads when you were away one time and they were all wonderful - we fell in love with them a little bit Laugh

they'd all fall over each other trying to get out everytime we went in the room Laugh

I am so sorry. Such rotten luck to have lost another special rattie so soon Cry
