Bongo Fury Tiger Moon

Tiggy was amazing <3 she really was - and it broke my heart to have her put to sleep. She'd been doing so well, even with two big tumours (that we didn't remove because they were on different sides of her body and we weighed up the pros and cons and it wasn't worth putting her through the surgery and stress of it all when they didn't impeded her in any way) she was fit and in lovely condition. Always so glossy and shiny and so bright and friendly - always up at the door to come out. She loved people and she was the rat I showed people who didn't like wild type ones (agouti obv.) - as she was such a beautiful colour <3

Anyway - her tumours were fine, but we noticed that she'd also developed the start of a nasty facial abscess, and this coupled with her tumours was making her very miserable, and she wasn't eating, so we let her go. I will miss her so very much, she was always very close with me.

For her I chose Tigger's song... because it suits her so well :*)

Awh so sorry. She looks so young . It's not fair

She was young in those pics She was a grand old lady well over two when we had her put to sleep though, which is some consolation :*)
